Our story
Eco Office was a small family business, which proudly founded Australia’s first “green” office supply store to specialise in sustainable alternatives to every day office consumables in 2009.
Back then, you couldn’t buy these products on supermarket shelves nor at an office supply store.
We saw a need, and decided to fill this need!
Initially, we researched and sourced environmentally-preferred products for our local cleaning clients and office, but quickly became a national company when customers began contacting us from every state of Australia who were undertaking their own research and delighted to find a one-stop-shop.
Over the past 14 years, we have proudly serviced a wide range of clients from large corporations, not-for-profit organisations, universities and schools, to small businesses, BCORPs, and home-based offices.
We have seen many changes over the past decade as environmentally-preferred products have become mainstream and more readily available to meet demand.
Ironically, we have also witnessed, Australia’s only office paper manufacturer produce its last ream of 100% recycled copy paper on 21 January 2023.
We have met a lot of “good eggs” on this journey, with a commitment to leaving this world a better place for future generations.
